BOOT CAMP
CLM Bootcamp is an exciting group fitness session running both in the club and off site, where you will experience fun, interactive training at a whole new level. This is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. CLM Bootcamp offers you intense training in a fun group atmosphere that will bring you serious results.

CLM Bootcamp is extremely motivating as it is 'Team Training'. Your fellow recruits will support and inspire you with their camaraderie. As part of a team of like-minded recruits, you'll find yourself more motivated than you've ever been before. This will allow you to achieve results faster than you ever thought possible.

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
PTS Personal Training will help you to fast track your results. Working one on one with a specialist trainer will ensure that every workout pushes you one step closer to your goals. PHYSIOTHERAPY
We are pleased to have Edwards Physiotherapy Mt Wellington available at the club every week day from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Public and members are welcome to utilise this service. ACC treatments are free and no referral is required from your GP. Ph 570 4525 to make an appointment.

The Comfort Membership is for seven consecutive days, includes two personal fitness appointments and is only $25 - this is over 80% discount on the standard casual visit rate.
