I went to see Kate as I really needed some good advice on how to regain my energy levels and a healthy eating plan to loose weight. In the past I tried many different 'fixes' but what Kate made for me was a lifestyle change. It was incredible tasty meal plan and made to suit exactly what food I liked and even exercise support. She listens to you as a client and is always there for help. Thoroughly recommend!

I have been going to Lifespark Nutrition last year, every month for about 6 months. I had a few issues with food namely what I could eat that would not upset my system and help me to gain weigh, as I badly needed too. Kate gave me great advice, support and encouragement when I was struggling to start with. When I couldn't get in to see her, I would email and she would email me back straight away with lots of encouragement to keep on track and to keep going. And I can seriously say that she has been such a great help, and I have indeed gained weight, just by making the right choices. Thanks Lifespark.

I have been going to Lifespark Nutrition for just over two months now, and the results are amazing! I have had access to support and great advice all the whole time! If I send an email asking for some advice I get emailed back promptly and I have had little text messages every now and then with little suggestions. I decided I wanted to see a nutritionist to help with health and weight loss, the best decision I made was choosing Lifespark Nutrition.
