Poor! We ordered an item of furniture a month ago for the baby we are expecting soon, and were told it would take one week. After 3 weeks of being told it was on its way, ive now been told it has not even been made and not due in for another 2 months. Sales person did not even phone back to tell me this , I was called by finance to ask for my details to refund me and was given the info from them. I will never shop here again, very upset with poor communication and poor customer service!
