Refund Policy:

finda.co.nz allows the purchase of a non-tangible product in the online directory space. Packages sold on finda.co.nz are for ranking and features used in the promotion of business in the online space. We do not issue refunds once and order is completed. Our customer services team will work with any business to ensure all responsible steps are taken to ensure the best use of the package purchased by any given business.

In the exceptional case of defects or difficulties with the package purchased finda.co.nz can at it's discretion offer an upgrade to the package or features associated against any given order.

Stolen or Fraudulent use of credit cards:
finda.co.nz works with local enforcement agencies to facilitate where possible the actions required under law to protect users from scams, fraud and theft.

Refunds on stolen credit cards are maintained by the credit card agency or bank.
