My fiance and I came here with a view to buying our perfect engagement ring. Instead what we recieved was snooty service and and a sense of being beneath the sales persons. This perhaps would have been tolerable if the sales assistant knew an iota about what she was talking about. Incompetent service yet with the audacity to seem above us. Truly awful experience that almost ruined our special occasion. Thankfully we took our business elsewhere where we were treated with infinate more respect.

This has been my best shop in NZ till date , I have bought and serviced many watches here and their service was at par or better than any International watchmaker, thanks to Glenn (in Auckland) specially who is fantastic with his customer service skills and is very accurate, trustworthy and responsive. In spite of my extensive travel I prefer dealing with them and will always continue doing so. From MG (Sydney)
