Having recently changed marketing roles within the FMCG industry, I interviewed for what it seems like every brand manger role and met with most major recruitment companies. What was unique about Paulette Earl is that she does not approach recruitment with the standard “tick the box” or “get the numbers through.”

I benefited from her depth of HR experience, which allows her to not only fill the role with the best candidate, but she was also able to provide me with long term career advice.
