Downtown Self Storage is a locally owned and operated facility that has been offering a clean, dry, private and convenient storage solution to customers in the Wellington area since 1995.
Based in Porirua and only 15 minutes from Wellington CBD, we are able to offer our customers cost effective storage, at competitive prices. We also give offer piece of mind with our 24 hour monitored security.
We specialize in short or long term domestic or commercial storage and as all our storage units are located within our warehouse, the units stay at a consistent temperature level in both summer and winter and ensure your valuables stay in great condition.
We also have a covered dockways so that you can unload in all weather conditions.
We offer:
- Fully covered, purposely created units
- A variety of different sizes available
- All units are 9'6" or 10' high (excluding lockers)
- Building fully alarmed and monitored
- Insurance cover available
- Free use of our Removal van to move in
- Free use of barrows and trolleys.
- Ample off street customer parking
Rental Terms:
No deposit or bond (One off $10 admin fee payable with 1st months rental
Prepaid 6 months rental attracts 5% discount
Prepaid 12 months rental offers 12 months for the price of 11
Minimum rental term is 1 month, payable in advance
Goods that are hazardous or illegal, as well as inflammable, explosive, or environmentally harmful (or perishable) cannot be stored.
