I really wasnt happy with the customer experience, I was having eye problems, they couldnt 'see' anything wrong, but were very obstructive at answering my questions, or giving me information on what next steps I should take to resolve my problems.
After seeing another Opthalmologist, I learnt they didnt even do a 'baseline' work-up so I would have something to compare back to over time - expensive for minimal effort.
I recently had a laser procedure done on both my eyes at the Milford Eye Clinic. The receptionist was efficient and kind and very reassuring as I was a bit apprehensive. The opthamologist was informative and professional and answered my (many) questions without hesitation and in layman's language. I was very pleased with all aspects of this clinic and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. My iridotomy was completely painless and successful.
