we bought a house with a pool.My 7 year old daughter- barely learnt anything in her swimming classes in school and was actually scared in her school pool.
There are no swimming techniues taught in most primary schools as teachers are outside the pools. Any way, swimming became our No. 1 priorty.
We found Aquanaut in East Tamaki. She learnt so much in 1st 8 wks and now has huge confidence in using her pool at home almost everyday.
Thanks so much for making swimming so much fun and easy to learn.
Big thanks to Nicky her 1st instructor. You are an awesome instructor - love Divya.
I would recommend Aquanaut to anyone. No regrets at Aquanant

Aquanaut Swim School is the leading learn to swim facility in the Eastern Suburbs and South Aukland. We are committed to creating stronger, safer swimmers in a child centred, nurturing environment. The emphasis is on parent and child safety education with swimming skills delivered in a developmentally appropriate programme.

All staff complete a comprehensive in-house training program designed by Susie Fieldhouse-Flachsmann, holder of the NZ SCAT Master Teacher Award and are qualified through NZ Swimming, Austswim and the National Swim Schools of America Association.

Both of our swim schools in East Tamaki and Papakura are purpose built and state of the art facilities. The water is heated to 33 degree celcius and chlorine free while the air is heated to at least 24 degree creating a plesant environment all year round.
