As a Registered Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience in the mental health area, I specialise in strength focused cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy in the treatment of problems such as: Anxiety, depression, stress and related health problems for adults.
I am a member of the NZ Psychological Society, Institute of Clinical Psychology; ANZ Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and the NZ Pain Society.
