I was really surprised to read Hannah's review and find it just a little strange. I have really enjoyed being a customer of The Skin Spa for years. Don't get me wrong, I have tried other salons but have always returned specifically because of their customer service. I always walk away feeling relaxed. Parking has never been an issue, I park in the underground carpark just like I would if I had to visit any other business in central Hamilton. This review has actually inspired me to book in for a hot stone massage!

I don't normally comment but I agree with Hannah's review. I work in town and used to go to the skin spa on a monthly basis but they appear to have quite a high staff turnover so you can never book in with the same person and their pricing isn't competitive at all. I did get the vibe that they are more about making money - I have been mis charged on one occasion by $4 and then asked to repay on my next visit. Not a biggie but the mistake wasn't mine and their attitude to this really out me off. Also the first review here is obviously written by the salon staff...

I was a frequent customer of this spa but recently I believe the level of customer service has significantly decreased. The services themselves are still of the same level but the staff and the experience aren't up to that same standard. I have had several instances of being mis charged and, attempts to charge me for services which are free at every other salon I have ever visited. I will not be returning or recommending this spa. Parking is also difficult.

this is a fantastic relaxing oasis to visit, every time i come in the staff are so friendy and helpfull. It is very handy working in the cbd and has plently of places to park. I would recommend anyone to come here, the girs are highly skilled therapists and in skin care, and the products are wonderful.
