12th August 2008 I have to say that several of their staff need a refresher course in customer service! I have never been to a supermarket where the staff were so contemptuous of the customers. I also was pretty annoyed at how inconsiderate they were doing major renovations on their store while staying open. (If you have the floor ripped up and concrete cutters out in force, just bite the bullet and close the store for a couple of days! Don't subject customers to a bloody industrial work site!!)
I have had enough of them and now shop at New World which is just up the road and a much better supermarket.

25th June 2008 i went in to cc tonight and went to buy wine i was with a friend i didn't have id with me but my friend did and and i realize u have a group policy but honestly jan that served us has the worst customer service skills i will never shop at countdown again in which i do my shopping every week i will now shop at new world or woolworths.countdown is convienent but even with petrol prices i will travel to shop.
