19th August 2014 About the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Was told a truck would be about 30mins t0 1 hour away. After waiting for 1 hour 45 with no contact I called back only to be told that I had dropped down the priority list and it would be a further couple of hours. When I explained the predicament that I was in I was just told "well we will cancel your order then", essentially saying that they would abandon me late at night leaving me to find another solution.
Please briefly explain why this content is inappropriate...

18th May 2009 nice friendly people on the phone, were able to come in the same day I rang, only complaint is I scheduled a 10:30 pickup, at 11:00 I called them to find out where the guy was and he was still at the workshop "getting ready" an hour away.
