Apparently I got served by the bosses daughter, a young
lady with bad attitude and real sour facial expression. The girl made a huge fuss about the change in transaction amount . I felt treated like some sort of enemy of the state, definitely not a valued customer.
After leaving and driving a few kilometers down the road , I discovered that the girl has given me the wrong receipt, so had to drive back to get it, the stuff did not even bother to apologize.
Someone needs to explain to the young lady that the money for the toys and Clearasil
that her Dad buys her, actually comes from the money customers spend in the shop. Perhaps learning a few essential customer service lines like "Thank you, have a nice day" and not referring to customer in the third person when they are standing one meter away would also help.
