29th May 2012 I went in to get my Warrent the other day and when I returned they said I had a nail in my tyre so they fixed it and that would be an extra $20. First I was not happy as they did not ring me and ask if I wanted it fixed, they just went ahead and did this. When I asked the lady about why I didnt get called she went and talked to the mechanic and said I couldn't pass a WOF with it inso he took it out then it deflated so needed it fixed. I complained about how I never got called as I thought they could not do any work on my car without consulting me first but then expect me to pay. I refused to pay and they lady was really rude to me and said "well he will put the nail back in if thats what you want". This was very poor customer service, then after a 30 seconds in silent I finally handed over my card not happy but willing to pay as I thought there was nothing I could do except pay. Then she asked am I going to pay of it, I said I guess I have to. Her reply was "Well you can either pay for it or not pay for it and never come back". I was shocked at this as I was not in the wrong but yet got treated so badly. I didn't pay for it and I will never go back and I hope you don't either as they do work on your car without letting you know and expecting you to pay. They main reason I didn't want to pay was as I brought my tyres from Tony's Tyre service, they do free puncher repairs. I'm shocked at the customer service from Moorhouse Warrent centre and just want to let others know.
