I graduated with first-class honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and completed specialist Clinical Nutrition training (HPN 2) under Dr. Cliff Harvey at the Holistic Performance Institute. My background also includes postgraduate study in nutrition and psychology through Aberdeen and Deakin University, alongside earlier psychology studies at Victoria University.
My approach integrates nutritional science, mindset, and behaviour change to help clients build sustainable habits and feel confident in the way they fuel their bodies. Beyond clinic work, I write for the Aotearoa Vegan & Plant-Based Living Magazine and host a podcast sharing tools for practical, everyday wellness.
