Kate Lester is a local chef, and Paul Greaney is the local butcher, and both are born and bred Hawkes Bay locals. Kate has a passion for excellent quality local produce, made to shine by using great ingredients and methods. Paul is absolutely dedicated to local NZ meat and is driven in his quest to bring the best quality meat to the tables of Hawkes Bay.
