9th July 2015 Took my Asus laptop in for repair. A man there said it would be easy, $200, and done by next week. I phone back after a week and a different person says he has no idea what happened to my laptop. Three weeks later I hear back it can be fixed but it's $450. I say no, but still have to wait for my laptop to come back to their shop a few days after this.
They don't fix themselves - it gets sent away.
They don't give a written quote.
They don't give a receipt of goods - If they had lost my laptop how could I prove I'd left it with them?
I don't think these guys don't have a clue what they are doing.
