In 1857, Alena Paraschos of Greece found herself so busy in the kitchen when cooking for her large family that she decided to make things easier by combining all of her favorite spices to create the perfect taste for her
Greek One Spice.
Her son became a successful chef throughout the USA and later opened a restaurant in Michigan where the spice became his secret ingredient in all of his sauces. He later handed over the secret spice to his son George who also became a successful restaurateur.
All the Greeks in town kept badgering George for his pizza sauce recipe, his top selling item!
Now George has handed over the family secret spice to his daughter Julia who has bottled Greek One Spice in Whangarei , NZ for your enjoyment!
