We currently prepare 5 different seaweeds: Karengo (wild nori), Sea Kelp, Wakame, Sea Lettuce and Agar (vegetarian gelatine); please refer to our website for details and pictures.
Seaweeds are delicious and add a new dimension to the taste of food; contrary to popular belief, they don't taste 'fishy' as they are vegetables. They also are incredibly healthy because of their iodine and high concentration in minerals and trace, vitamins, amino-acids and fatty acids. They often are a good alternative to salt in food.
