22nd July 2012 Booked our stay via these people. The two female staff were good. All up until you pay (it seems). We were arriving late and his staff failed to inform us of the importance of filling in a bond form. As a result, someone had to wait for us to arrive and fill in this bond form (even though over one thousand dollars had been paid up front and my credit card details were given. The manager there called us at the beginining of our 5 hour journey letting us know - in a rude tone - that he doesn't want to have to wait until 8pm for us to get there, and pestering me asking for our arrival time and if we were going to stop for dinner. I explained that I will not accept any blame in this and he said in a sarcastic tone "we will just see you when you get here". How rude! I think it idiotic of him to call a family travelling from Auckland with two children in the car, harrassing them, making them to feel at blame, when it were his staff who were too incompetant to cross all their t's! I gather that he was suggesting that we speed! Hell no! Will never book with these people again because of this!
