2nd May 2013 I was appalled that they sold an item which had expired. When I demanded an exchange by consumer rights, the teller first denied it and told me not to shop there again if I have a problem. I eventually got the exchange, but the service definitely left me aggravated and frustrated. I'm a regular customer there and didn't expect such service as they provide fresh produce at acceptable price. But the customer service at Lim Fruit & Vege certainly needs stepping up.
