I designed Latin Aerobic Dance to be a cardio fiesta which targets your Abs, Hips, Legs, Arms & Bum.
Latin Aerobic Dance will:

Latin Aerobic Dance isn't like a traditional aerobic workout. When you do the class, you feel like you are dancing at the club, not working out at the gym.
With music and dance routines from across South America, Latin Aerobic Dance is about having fun while getting your heart pumping, burning fat and building co-ordination and stamina.
Latin Aerobic Dance is designed for your enjoyment, giving you an all over body work out in an environment that makes work outs fun! My teaching is based on a supportive environment, free from judgement or competition.
