20th April 2012 This is the second time I have been unhappy with Axial regarding there $50.00 fee to look at the item when dropped off and then they did not call me to say the repair was going to be more than $100.00. I think it is much better to call Fisher & Paykel direct and get them to fix items. The other item I dropped in was a tv, for a handicapped friend, and they didnt tell me it was still under warranty. Not until 2 months later did I see her receipt. They had said the tv was not worth repairing (an expensive one). If they had told me its age I would have gone back to the retailer or supplier. Very poor service.
