I found this place on grab one coupons. They told me not to buy the coupon online and to come in and pay at site. I booked in on the weds for the weekend, as I have to work mon-fri 6-6. When I arrived they tried to tell me that the price was going to be more than what the coupon said, and that the coupon didn't include some services like a tune up, and it would cost me another $299. I brought the coupon up on my phone where it clearly says that it does include it. They finally agreed that it did say that, but then criticized me for bringing the car in on a weekend because they would have to go buy the spark plugs etc. I told them it was not my issue, as I had booked in on the weds, which gave them plenty of time to buy the things needed for my car. I did not leave my car there as I could not trust them to look after my car! I would never leave my car there. They tried to take advantage of me and then had the audacity to criticise me because I was standing up for myself. Customer service was appalling and probably the most untrustworthy mechanic I have ever met!
