While our speciality is one-off custom made products we are also geared for mass production for a range of products. Workshop
Built in 1995 our Invercargill workshop covers 2,500 sq. metres with a height of 11 metres. It features 14 mono rail cranes ranging from 1 to 3 tonnes. We have 2,000 sq. metres of outside concrete storage area and a further 7,000 sq. metres of outside gravel storage area and operate three and 7.5 tonne forklifts that are suitable for all of these areas.
Workshop Expansions 2007
We are well into the planning stage to extend our existing facility by adding a further 900sq meters to include a high bay area for producing large vessels up to 540,000lt under cover. This includes two 5 tonne cranes and a 16 tonne mono rail crane 16.8 meters to the hook. The facility is due for completion by December 2007.
Labour Resources
65 staff made up of qualified stainless steel fabricators, apprentices, metal polishes and semi skilled laborers.
spacer Design, Draughting & Estimation
Crown provides a design and draughting service for our customers using Auto CAD Inventor software to produce accurate 3D drawings and an estimation service to provide accurate quotations for the intended project.
