Arriving from overseas, this branch was very helpful in helping us get an account setup. Mel Burcher is the best!

After the account was established, this bank/branch was less helpful and was unable to provide several services we required including exchanging USD to NZD in a timeframe faster than six days.

Additionally, this branch is closed on Wednesdays until 9:30am which was extremely inconvenient for me.
