From their serviettes to their espresso beans, they are environment-friendly.
Service is fair, friendly but not all staff are %150 knowledgeable in the area of espresso.
That being said, I have always had good coffees here and always look forward to going.
They have a wonderful outdoor seating area surrounded by the sites and smells of the garden centre as well as a very comfortable indoor seating area. There is also a gated playground available for children!
I know they have won multiple cafe awards for the area as well.

Cafe Botannix can be found within the beautiful grounds of Palmers Tauranga Garden Centre. Independantly owned, it offers a quiet spot for locals to dine out, whether they're looking for an excellent coffee or an entire meal, cafe Botannix provides the works.
Regarded highly for their organic menu, friendly atmosphere, and onsite playground, Botannix is the perfect location for taking the kids to lunch or for some after school cake.
