15th October 2010 Meal was good, but have to say a little disapointed considering the hype this restaurant gets. We finished the meal with a cheese platter and bottle of dessert wine which made up for it though.
Interior could do with a bit of work, but has a nice homely feeling to it - sort of like a large dining room.

Winner of various awards and this years Nz Beef and Lamb Ambassador, you wont be dissapointed with the quality of food and service provided at The Palms. Among the acclaimed meat dishes, such as the Palms lamb fillets, are a number of delicious seafood and vegetarian dishes. The roasted Pumpkin agnolotti will have your senses melting! As will their fantastic selection of desserts, the steamed ginger pudding with hokey pokey sauce is a new Zealand classic.
