Giltech Precision Castings Limited is New Zealand's largest non-ferrous foundry, specialising in the casting and machining of leaded brasses, manganese, aluminium and nickel bronzes, aluminium and zinc. Only certified ingot is used and tensile testing can also be arranged if required. We offer a full tooling service and quick turnaround time and castings can be produced within six weeks. Castings produced range from water meter bodies, tapping brands, copper pipe fittings, fire hydrants, zinc and aluminium anodes, propellers & rudders, electrical componentry to valve fittings for the ANZAC Frigate project, to name just a few, and the majority of these products are exported.
