Our mission is to add value to our Members' businesses.
The Hospitality Association is a voluntary trade association representing 2,350+ hospitality businesses. The Association is committed to adding value to its Members via individual membership service and by local and national advocacy.
Members have access to legal advice and information on employment, liquor licensing and other compliance issues and save money through the purchasing benefits we have arranged.
The Hospitality Association represents members on all issues impacting on their businesses including tourism, employment, sale and supply of liquor, accommodation, food and gaming. For more information visit Industry News & Issues.
The make up of the Association membership is diverse. Members have over 17,490 beds and run 13,450 gaming machines. 862 operate off-licences while 331 have TABs. Members employ 32,700 staff.
The membership includes: Cafes, Bars, Hotels, Motels, Restaurants, Taverns, Country Hotels, Motor Inns, Off-Licence premises, Wineries, Catering Businesses and Serviced Apartment Complexes.

The Hospitality Association is all about trying to help Hospitality Operators in as many ways as we can with their businesses. To follow are some of the ways in which we try to do this:
Legal Advice and Assistance
The Hospitality Association employs an in-house Legal Adviser and eight Regional Managers who are able to provide advice and assistance with most aspects of your business. This advice is available to members 24 hours per day, seven days per week via our toll-free number, 0800 500 503. Our specialty areas are Employment and Liquor Licensing. Advocacy
The Association provides Industry advocacy at both national and local levels on all matters impacting on the business of hospitality. Please refer to our Ind
