24th June 2011 I visited A&E on Monday evening with chest pains. I'd never been to A&E before and didn't know what to expect. I was really impressed that I was taken straight away, that all the staff I dealt with were very efficient, competent and very kind. I was looked after by nurses Claire and Paul who did a great job and made me feel well cared for. A big thanks to everyone.
