13th December 2009 St Hilda's is a relaxed and friendly community church in Island Bay, Wellington. It has a range of activities going on throughout the week: a lively youth group (Friday nights), Worship - , Sunday 8.00 (traditional), 10.30 (contemporary), with Kidzone and Zone running for children and Youth, with coffee (Barista) and snack food provided by members. The Alpha course is run each year, and there are weeknight study groups and regular short courses on various aspects of Christianity and practical living. The hall and lawn are available for hire for community and private events, and the church now has improved its facilities recently.
