We are specialist aluminium extruders offering the advantages of producing short runs, dimensional accuracy, thin wall thicknesses for solid and hollow section shapes, and inexpensive dies made in the in-house tool room.
Mini Aluminium Extrusions:
Micro aluminium extrusions are produced to intricate designs, as light as 0.025kg/m and to close dimensional tolerances. Currently, the smallest section is a flat bar 5mm x 1.2mm, weighing 0.016kg/m
Solids, Hollows & Semi-Hollows:
The company produces these to customer design, generally within a 65mm circumscribing circle.
Long Tongue Sections:
The company specialises in the production of aluminium extrusions with extra long tongues from solid dies, resulting in reduced die costs.
Tubes:
Large range of small aluminium tubes " round, hexagon, square, oblong, etc " within a range of 6mm to 32mm in many gauges and wall thicknesses.
Drawn tube tolerances: Tubes to drawn-tube tolerances can be produced by arrangement. Even closer tolerances are available.
