Project Design
CATO BOLAM has a team specialising in land development engineering. CATO BOLAM will design the full land development project, including provision for earthworking, stream and bush protection and enhancement, provision of roading, access and utility services, stormwater and wastewater disposal and building platforms. Costing/Feasibility Studies:

Project Engineering:
CATO BOLAM provides engineering services including designs for earthwork, roading, drainage and service infrastructure.
