10th April 2008 After having a recent bad experience with a seperate automotive business , we phoned grey st motors for advice and to find out what work needed to be carried out. The man we spoke to on the phone was very informative, honest and very upfront and provided us with an estimate on cost and time it would take for our vehicle to be repaired. He gave us the "time of day" and explained everything which was very much appreciated since we have no mechanical knowledge. We took our car in the very next day, and by the same afternoon our car was completely fixed of the previous symptoms it had suffered from. The total cost of the job was extremely competitive and we are very satisfied with the end result. Grey st motors is an exceptional business, the staff are very knowledegable , they absolutely know there stuff! They are honest, friendly and they go that extra mile for there customers. If you are in Hamilton and you don't have a regular mechanic that you go to, i highly recommend you visit grey st motors ltd, you won't be dissapointed. We have made grey st motors our full time mechanic business of choice, we cant afford not too, there are too many "cowboy, shoddy" mechanic businesses out there that will happily tell you something is wrong with your vehicle when it is not and take your money in the process. Thank you grey st motors, it was truly an honour to do business with you and we will be back again!
