GENERAL ENGINEERING

Design, manufacturing, fabrication, welding and repair services to most industries, including: earthmoving, marine, road transport and construction. All type of work from steel supply to CAD services including machining, cutting and welding.

We build and repair truck bodies, flat decks,slide deck transporters, tippers, line trucks and utility vehicles etc including chassis lengthening and drive shaft modifications.

HYDRAULICS

Hydraulics are an important part of our work, we design and manufacture hydraulic systems as well as doing service and repair. We do hydraulic fitting, service and repair work for the transport, earthmoving and marine industries. We offer a supply service for all hydraulic components and associated parts, from our

wholesale suppliers. We also make hydraulic hoses and keep a good range of hydraulic hose and fittings in stock.

WECO: we manufacture the WECO brand of ground drilling machinery, which ranges from small pendulum type drilling rigs for retaining walls and house piles up to large types for construction drilling on multi story developments and bridges etc.

We offer a range of augers and drilling barrels for clay's and soils, through to sedimentary and hard rocks.

We also make the ever-popular WECO self-propelled posthole borer. This versatile little machine will drill up to 450mm diameter holes to 1.4m deep, can adjust for sloping ground, and will drive itself back onto the trailer when you're finished! It's also really tough, with some units still going strong in the hire industry after 15 years.

PENGO products and drilling consumables, including: teeth, holders, pilots, auger heads, drive lugs and male and female drive connections.

CRANES AND CRANE TESTING:

We offer a comprehensive crane testing and repair service, aimed primarily at the truck mounted crane industry. We do regular insurance repair work on accident damaged cranes and trucks.

We offer an annual testing service for all truck-mounted cranes, regardless of size or make.
