The receptionists are quite rude. they will ignore you for a good long time and act like you are bothering them. Dr. Piper is nice, although I've been back three times for the same issue. I've always had to wait a very long time past my appt time as well. Mostly, though, I find the staff quite unfriendly.

Very nice clinic, lovely receptionists, lovely doctors. The nurse I dealt with tried to pass off my concerns about my 3 week old baby who'd had surgery a week earlier. Made me feel like a paranoid, over-protective mum - could have been more sympathetic and caring. Doctor was great though.

Very nicely positioned for the Torbay community, affordable appointment fees and with an array of excellent Doctors, including a woman doctor. They are pretty good at scheduling emergency appointments, particularly for children. My only complaint is the very brusk attitude of some of the family nurses and their lack of empathy in certain situations.
