At the end of our job we had three boxes of floor tiles left over. I attempted to take them back to ask for a credit. Not interested was way over the 14 days credit period and they pointed out that there was a 20% return fee. This was not pointed out when we bought the tiles it was on the invoice in the fine print which was gleefully showed to me. We purchased the tile quantity on the advice of the tiller and he said if their are too many the tile shops he deals with take them back. He obviuosly doesn't deal with Tile Depot Manukau not wonder! What happens if a job takes over 14 days to complete as a bathroom renovation can while all the many parts are pulled together and tilling is done toward the end.
