The Pallet Company is the largest supplier of wooden pallets, crates and bins for the horticulture industry. Our fully computerised cutting system and automated pallet machine produces over 2500 pallets per 8 hour shift, guaranteeing customer demands are met, with superior quality control.

Export pallets, custom made to specifications. All heat-treated to the International ISPM-15 Standard.
Approved supplier to CHEP New Zealand and accredited by Zespri and Enza.
Repairs: Our service includes; pickup, repair and redelivery of pallets. We can also dispose of unrepairable pallets and supply repair boards for companies for self-repair.
Crates:
We custom make crates to all specifications for all industries. Crates can be supplied in CKD form or fully assembled. Crates are assembled from plywood and/or timber.
Bins:
Custom-made 'bins' for kiwifruit, apples, squash, and onions.
Timber:
Timber for packing material, or pallet repair boards. A range of merchant grade timber (decking) and outdoor products are available through both our Company and merchants.
Heat Treatment:
The Pallet Company offers heat treatment to the International ISPM-15 Standard. Packaging that is certified by The Pallet Company includes the following: Packing declaration, branded with The Pallet Company registration number, type of treatment, and the ISPM-15 symbol. If these standards are not met, the exporter can be liable for excess costs, e.g. storage demurrage (storage costs at the port), fumigation costs, or the freight is liable to be denied access to its destination point and returned.
Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL):
The Pallet Company is the processor for Carter Holt Harvey's number 2 Laminated Veneer Lumber. LVL products are available through our jointly owned company Engineered Pine Products. LVL products include bed slat material, kiln fillets and bearers.
We also offer:
Pallet Design Software (PDS) to ensure specifications meet national and international standards and load ratings are correct to ensure product safety and minimise breakage and associated costs.
Stock/ Logistics Management- 'Stock on hand' services. We hold stock of common sizes and also for regular orders as agreed/arranged.
Delivery: We have a modern fleet of vehicles to deliver all our products. Our fleet includes both flat deck and curtain-sider units (for dry delivery service, when required).
