I used Post hastes overnight services for some time for my business that sends one or two dozen packages a week. Totally unreliable. Rarely arrived overnight. Couriers didn't even turn up for booked pickups on a regular basis, sometimes 2 consecutive days in a row. Meaning customers goods arrived VERY late. A courier service is supposed to be reliable, and my experience has showed Post Haste to be everything but... Also customer service were not always very helpful. I use Courierpost now and find them to be very good.

Rate: -5,,The WORST service I have ever had from customer service.,The item I bought for someone's birthday has delivered to CHCH on 02/08/2012 by Post Haste,but the postman left the calling card and left as soon as the door bell rings..However,that's just a start of the bad service for my next 14 days .emails them for redelivery,but no reply.called customer service,always been asked hold on line,after few mins,they will hang up the phone(waste other's time for stay on the line),called Administration,either transfer me to customer service line which never pick up the phone and hang up.at the end,the lady works 3 days in row for administration hang up the phone on me when i ask where its my parcel go in these 14days?How Rude??shouldn't I know where is my parcel as I paid for the postage and been contact with Post Haste in every possible way in the past 14days with these rude services..paid for the postage,don't know where is the item I bought,suffer from bad service,lost the chance to make best wish to the people i was planning to give it to her birthday today.
