Terrible experience dealing with this company!! There was no response via email and everytime I called I was fed an excuse to the point that I believed I had been scammed. First people had been away sick, then the machines broke down, then the computer system wasn't working so they couldn't trace where my items were, when I called for a refund again i was told that the employee had a dislocated shoulder. Buyers beware!!! All I got at the end of this was a headache and dissapointed child with no sandpit.

6 Weeks after payment was made and 2 weeks after I canceled the order they still sent the items because they refused to refund me. This was bad business practice and left me feeling bitter. It was a $72-00 refund. Surely no business owner should be this greedy.

Covaflex was very slow in responding to emails and their after sales service left a lot to be desired. They need to look at their customer service and have a refund policy. They have been unwilling to consider a refund for items I did not receive. This issue has not yet been resolved. I will not deal with them again.
