Very professional. Had an emergency on a Sunday (it always happens on Sunday) and they came around within a couple of hours, sorted out the immediate issue and made some good recommendations. Later in the the week, they replaced the gib for us and installed new plumbing, all for the expected price. All done within three days and very professionally throughout.

I would not recommend Grant Plumbing. They claim to work longer than they actually do and therefore overcharge. We were home when the work was done and noted the time they turned up and the time they left. When the invoice turned up we had been charged for more hours work than was actually done. We queried this and were told that the plumbers had said they were at our house longer than they actually were, and that the labour cost included travel time. We live ten to fifteen minutes from the Grant Plumbing office so there is no way they can claim an hour and a half travel time! We have used them before and been happy with the work but we will NOT be using them again. We will be looking for an honest plumber the next time we need one.
