Excellent company to deal with. Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Would recommend dealing with them to everyone. Phone arrived in perfect condition worked just as it should, my queries were handled efficiently and well .

my iPhone4 LCD is broken. got it fixed on your store. Manager was there, he said its $120 for it. I pay. Waited 4-5 hrs to get it fix. that comes 30 days of warranty. The next day the sensor of my phone isnt working. Gave it back to the store, they said its not there problem. and extra fee will be charged to get it fix. which is supposed to be $80 but theyll give it to me $40. I said no. I asked for written report about my phone, the manager/store owner said that will cost $20. (ripping me off) i said that sounds so wrong? i asked for a written report because I'll show it to other technician whos fault it is. I stayed there for an hour just asking for written report and fixing my sensor. They gave me a written report for free, because the technician said yes. and not the manager/owner. after 2-3 weeks. my phone is broken again. it wont work properly. i cant type cause some places in the touch screen is not working. i gave it back. they restart my settings. asked me to update my ios to the latest. all in all, don't come to this store. service is very poor. and they will rip you off. they wont accept they're mistake. just go to other store. BEWARE.

Great experience with them. Sent an email requesting if they had stock (Samsung S3) they replied to within a few hours. Ordered the phone Monday Morning and Recieved it Tuesday lunchtime. Would deal with them again, and have already recommened to others

Worst Mobile Store to deal with. I dropped my phone and the touch screen was cracked but all the phones functions were working properly. I went to take my phone in to them and they said it will take 2 weeks for the new screen to come. I took my phone in after 2 weeks and then gave them a call the following week checking if it was finished being repaired and they had said that the lcd screen is also damaged and they would need to order that as well and should be there over the weekend. After the weekend I had called again and asked about it and they said it will take 1 week more to recieve the part. After 1 more week I am still waiting for a call if my phone has been fixed =( Poor Service

WORST PLACE EVER BROUGHT A PHONE OF THEM HAD IT 4 1 DAY SCREEN FROZE BATTERY DIED,RUNG THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EMAILED THEM JUST GOT AN EMAIL BACK SAYING DROP IT IN, TRYED RINGING ALL DAY NO ANSWER SO EMAILED THE NEXT DAY 4 THE STORE CALL ME BACK THEY DID. worst mobile service given in Auckland. not dealing with them ever again. Phones are just hopeless and dodgy. doesn't want to repair their own faults. rudest staff ever dealt with. very disappointing :(
