21st October 2011 Totally Agree with Alazae... worse place to get a phone from. i bought a phone and it had so many problems in just 3 days( screen froze, charger made a funny noise, wasn't able to send messages) Took it back and they said it needed software update. said will take 3 days but they kept it for 2 weeks. went back and got the phone back with visible "marks" on it. was told it was my fault.never the less, the phone wasn't fixed at all.NOT RECOMMENDED. Very rude staff..

20th October 2011 WORST PLACE EVER BROUGHT A PHONE OF THEM HAD IT 4 1 DAY SCREEN FROZE BATTERY DIED,RUNG THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EMAILED THEM JUST GOT AN EMAIL BACK SAYING DROP IT IN, TRYED RINGING ALL DAY NO ANSWER SO EMAILED THE NEXT DAY 4 THE STORE CALL ME BACK THEY DID. TOLD EMPLOYER WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE PHONE I JUST BROUGHT IT BLAH BLAH HE SAID IT NEEDED A SOFTWARE UPDATE AND IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A FEW HOURS. DIDNT HEA FROM THEM 4 2 WEEKS TIL I DROPPED IN AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FIXED AND SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS DONE THEN I HAD FOUND MARKS ON THE PHONE THAT HADNT BEEN THEA B4 AND THE LADY SAID IT WAS MY KIDS??????
