31st May 2007 in my opinion, this woman is a greedy, vindictive shark and an example of why estate agents are viewed as sleazy, bottom feeding opportunists.
be very careful...
she did such a poor job of selling "A FRIEND'S" home that he had to get a another agent to do the work properly. Astle's first recourse, 3 months down the line, was to the courts where she demanded 100% of her non-earned commission and refused to negotiate or compromise. maybe she needed to cover the tiny remaining patch of skin not covered in really classy (honest) gold jewellery or to buy another pot of gold nail varnish.....
obviously, this is opinion....obviously....:)
i'd hate "MY FRIEND" to end up in court again but hey, as she says on her website "we win in life by helping others" so that wouldn't be likely, would it?
