28th July 2011 Being a woman, entering a workshop can be a bit intimitating. But when I entered Waterloo Automotive I felt at ease instantly with the helpful & friendly service advisor I dealt with at reception.
The technicans contacted me via phone later that day in regards to my vehicle who were friendly, honest and spoke to me in a way that I was able to understand.
When i collected my vehicle I was given my account with no surprises. The service advisor had organised a preventative management programme for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending Waterloo Automotive they are amazing.
