My partner and I have been to The CornerStore a few times since it went under new management and we can say that we will definitely be going back.
The decor is very classy but relaxing at the same time. It makes it very hard to leave!
The service was great as the food was yummy. We were greeted straight away from a warm smiley waitress. After having a seat we were told about the specials and asked if we wanted a drink.
The first time we went we got the fish and schnitzel. The fish was so fresh and yummy and from how silent my partner was while eating the schnitzel I knew it must have been good. Finally confirming what I already knew he finally spoke and said how good it was.
The second time we did the 'To Share' plates (a great way to be social and interactive while dining out!)
We are looking forward to trying the rest of the scrumptious looking menu!

The Cornerstore Bar, is a neighbourhood local in Brookyn, Wellington.

It carries the Monteiths range of beers and a selection of local New Zealand wines.

The Cornerstore Bar is open for brunch through to dinner. The Cornerstore is open from 4pm until late, Monday to Friday and from 10am until late on Saturday and Sunday.

It has seating for 80 people, including outdoor seating. Pay and Display parking close by and is fully licensed. It caters to patrons with dietary restrictions including vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free.

The Cornerstore takes reservations.
