These guys quoted $160/hour+GST and indicated that there will be half of an hour travel cost involved to my location. The job was resolved in less than an hour. I have received over $600 invoice from them. When I complained they lowered the payment to $460, which is still way more than what they quoted originally ($280). They were also late by over an hour - I am guessing this is what they charged me for.
