21st November 2012 This company is absolutely Tremendous in every way!! , I had a hell of a dilemma on my hands when I realized I had forgotten to pack everything I was supposed to in a large crate bound for Christchurch.
I found out at the 11th hour and quickly rang the company with not much time to go before it left for Christchurch , to ask what I could do .
Nothing was a problem ,and one of the friendly customer receptionist's - Lauren , suggested I come in straight away with the stray parts ,and she would somehow add them to the consignment - in or out of the crate!.
I drove in straight away and came to their massive driveway (which used to be street by a different name , now called "Mainfreight Ave" :) ) , every thing clearly sign posted ,and I followed their clever "Blue painted line" to reception.
Every is huge and impressive and immaculate , I was greeted by genuinely friendly and happy staff , greeted by Lauren , and she led me to the nearly ready crate - even offering to carry something! (I didn't want to get her pretty cloths or hands dirty :) ) ,and we managed to put them in the nearly shut crate inside their huge warehouse.
Thank you heaps Lauren and Mainfreight , you saved my day!.
