Went to the downtown DFS store Swarovski section - terrible customer service - completely ignored me as I walked in. Asked her for a specific item - told "just to go to Queen Street Swarorvski store" - didn't even finish answering my question - made no eye contact and went straight back to her reading a catalogue on her counter. Would not recommend it at all.
